Our website is available to everyone without providing any information about yourself.

However, if you decide to register in our database of job seekers and provide us with information about your personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, demographic data and other identifying information, such information will not be disclosed to any an external organization, in addition to our trusted partners for purposes related to the recruitment and selection process of employees, unless we are required to disclose this data under applicable law.

In order to better provide our services, we will send a small file to your web browser, which will be stored on your computer and read by our web server (“cookie”). We use a cookie for a number of administrative tasks, for example to store customer preferences for certain types of information. Most of these cookies only exist for the duration of a session or “visit” to a website. None of them will contain information enabling other people to contact the Customer electronically, by e-mail or by advertising mail.

Introduction

On May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / WE (commonly referred to as “GDPR”). What is personal data?

According to the GDPR, personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In the case of using our websites, such data are e.g. e-mail address, IP address as well as name, surname and telephone number (if you provide them). What data do we process?

It is personal data that is collected as part of your use of our website, contact forms, applying for a given job offer, application form to the database of job seekers and those stored in cookies that are installed on our websites by us and our Trusted Partners. It is also about data that you provide to us in the content of files attached to the message (eg CV).

Why do we want to process your data?

We process this data, inter alia, to:

  • to be able to send you the most suitable information related to the recruitment and selection of employees,
  • transfer your data to third parties for the purposes of the recruitment process,
  • to provide you with greater security of services, including to detect possible bots, fraud or abuse,
  • make measurements that allow us to improve our services and ensure that they meet your needs as much as possible.

We may transfer your data to entities processing it on our behalf, e.g. employment agencies, subcontractors of our services and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – of course only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.

Consent to the processing of personal data is expressed each time when filling out the contact form, the application form for the position and the application form to the database of job seekers by checking the “checkbox” field with the appropriate information. Without consenting to the processing of personal data, it will not be possible to use our services.
